TERMS & POLICIES
SHIPPING
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for prints. After that, please add 7-14 business days for your purchase to arrive. We will email you a tracking number with information on the shipment status of your order.
CUSTOMS FEES
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The amount of the fee(s) may vary depending on the country, value, and other factors of the product itself. Any fees are the responsibility of the customer to be paid to the appropriate customs agency.
EXCHANGES
We take great pride in our products and strive to please. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, please email us a photo of the defective item within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Once we review your case and if it is found to be eligible for an exchange, we will gladly replace it.
REFUNDS
All online sales are final and we will not issue refunds once an item has been printed and shipped.
COLOR DISCREPANCIES
As colors on display monitors can be inconsistent, the colors of your product purchase may look slightly different than on your computer screen. Please take this into consideration when placing your order as exchanges and/or refunds will not be issued for color discrepancies.
